In this Drop, learners will focus on addressing systemic barriers in Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs. They will explore strategies to ensure equity, scalability, and sustainability in WBL frameworks. Through this process, we aim to create advanced frameworks that provide all students, regardless of background, with meaningful access to work-based learning opportunities. In the Demonstration of Learning, they will analyze current practices, identify key barriers, and design an actionable, equity-centered WBL framework that can be implemented in your educational context.
